Burnout happens when we override our signals, when we confuse adrenaline for aliveness. Yoga offers another way. Instead of draining yourself to feel accomplished, you learn to generate energy from alignment, breath, and attention.
Start by asking:
Is this movement nourishing or depleting?
Strong practice has its place. So does rest. The key is rhythm.
Try flowing at 70% instead of 100%. Slow your transitions. Let your inhale lead the movement rather than chasing it.
Notice how much strength arises when you stop forcing.
Energy built through awareness lasts longer while energy built through strain asks for repayment.
