You have such a way with words. You should write a book. Still so sorry for yalls loss. I pray for yall all the time. - Nicole N.
You have a beautiful way of writing. My heart goes out to you and your girls. I’m sending prayers for you all. - Elisa G.
Let me brag on you for a moment. Most teachers feel like they’re beyond the basics. It’s extremely refreshing when a Yoga Teacher goes back to the basics and continues to take educational courses. You, my dear friend, are an excellent teacher. You always will be when you keep that kind of mindset. - Michelle A.
Your poetry is so beautiful—it really moves me. The way you wrote about your husband and each of your daughters, and how you’re all navigating this loss in your own ways, was incredibly touching. It felt raw and honest, and also full of love. Thank you for sharing something so personal and powerful. 🙏🥲 - Stacey C.
Beautifully said ❤️ you are all such strong women. I understand this pain but in a different way after losing my Dad. Big hugs girls, stay strong u got this ! They just beat us to the finish line we will see them again when God calls us home. But our time is not finished yet so we must live with the memories and the grace to carry on. - Elizabeth N.
If someone who reads your posts doesn’t automatically go give their spouse or kids the biggest hug. I feel sorry for them.

I’ve been doing yoga for years, but the personalized one-on-one sessions with you have made such a difference. The tailored approach to my body and needs has improved my flexibility and emotional well-being. - John S.
The somatic movement practices have been a revelation for me. I had no idea how much tension I was holding in my body. Now, I feel lighter and more grounded in my everyday life. - Sarah W.
