Let’s talk about something we should talk about more: your pelvic floor. It’s the quiet core of your body - supporting your organs, holding your posture, fueling your confidence, and even playing a big role in your sensuality. And yet, most of us don’t give it the care or attention it truly deserves. Whether you’ve experienced hormonal shifts, pregnancy, childbirth, trauma, or just the wear and tear of daily life, your pelvic floor may be whispering for your care or attention. You might notice it in subtle ways - a little leak when you laugh or sneeze, lower energy, decreased libido, or a sense of disconnection from your own power. But here’s the good news: your body is incredibly intelligent. With awareness and intention, it can heal, strengthen, and reconnect.
That’s exactly what inspired my unique 60-minute yoga class - a flow designed specifically to enhance libido, support incontinence, and reignite your sense of vitality.
The Power of Mindful Movement
This class is not just about toning muscles - it’s about awakening energy. We focus on two powerful energy centers (chakras):
- Sacral Chakra - your center of sensuality, creativity, and emotional flow.
- Solar Plexus Chakra - your inner fire, confidence, and willpower.
By pairing mindful breath with purposeful movement, I work to create strength and mobility in the hips, pelvis, and low belly - while also nurturing emotional release and energetic alignment. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more you.

One of the biggest myths we need to break - especially as women - is that physical changes like low libido or incontinence are things we just have to “live with.” They're not. These are signals from your body asking for attention, compassion, and care.
I created this class from lived experience, study, and deep listening. I try to make it a space to reclaim your body, rebuild your strength, and reconnect with the pleasure and vitality that are already within you - just waiting to be invited back in.
