1. What types of yoga services do you offer?

I offer a variety of practices, including gentle restorative yoga, somatic movement, personalized one-on-one sessions, meditation, breath work, and emotional wellness support. I focus on healing, relaxation, and mindfulness for all experience levels.

2. Do I need to have previous yoga experience to join a class?

Not at all! My classes are designed for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. If you’re new to yoga, I’ll guide you through every step at a pace that feels right for you.

3. How do I book a private/group session?

You can easily book a private session by visiting my Sessions page and selecting the “Book Now” option. If you prefer, feel free to contact me directly,  and I can help you schedule a session that works best for you.

Yes, absolutely! You can browse and purchase my curated selection of yoga gear, clothing, mats, blocks, straps, candles, and more directly from my online shop. Simply visit our Shop Section to explore the products.

5. What should I bring to class?

I can provide yoga mats available for rent at a fee of $5, but you’re also more than welcome to bring your own mat. Besides your mat, I recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a water bottle. Blankets or bolsters may be provided for restorative classes, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

6. How do I sign up for classes?

You can sign up for my classes by visiting my Sessions page. I offer group donation-based sessions, private one-on-one lessons, and packages.

7. Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Yes! Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps me accommodate other students and keep my schedule flexible.

8. What if I have a health condition or injury?

If you’re working with a health condition or injury, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in a session. Once you have clearance, let me know ahead of time so I can adapt the practice to support your specific needs. I’m happy to offer gentle, personalized options that honor where your body is today.
