Open to Expansion : Practicing With More Light

As the days grow longer, so can we..

There’s something subtle that happens when the light begins to linger.

Evenings stretch. Mornings soften. Our body feels the invitation before the mind names it.

Expansion isn’t something we force, it’s something we allow.

Practicing with more light is less about doing more poses and more about noticing what’s waking up inside you. The light reveals corners of the room you hadn’t seen all winter. It also reveals corners of yourself, ideas, desires, energy you may have kept folded inward.

Instead of rushing to “spring forward,” consider this:
What if expansion is gentle?

Roll your mat out near a window.

Let the sunlight fall across your hands.

Notice how your breath changes when your skin is warm.

Try widening your stance in familiar poses.

Reach a little farther in your side bends. Pause longer in heart-opening shapes. Not to strive but to explore.

Growth doesn’t need to be dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like you're lifting your gaze.
Sometimes it’s choosing to stay one breath longer.

As the days grow longer, so can we, not in business, but in presence. Not in pressure, but in possibility.
