Listening to What Your Body is Saying

Recognizing the subtle signals your body gives you during yoga...

Yoga is more than movement. It is a quiet conversation between the body, the breath, and the mind.

Some evenings, that conversation is exactly what we need to release the weight of the day. Ending the day with a peaceful bedtime flow can be one of the most nourishing ways to listen to what the body is asking for.

Gentle movement helps loosen the tension that builds throughout the day, allowing the body to soften and the mind to slow down.

I love winding down by listening to 432 Hz music, a frequency known for its calming effects on the mind and body. The soft tones create a peaceful atmosphere that helps me release stress, balance my energy, and feel more connected to a sense of calm before sleep.

Yoga in these quiet moments isn’t about perfect poses. It’s about tuning in.

The body often whispers what it needs, sometimes rest, sometimes gentle stretching, sometimes simply stillness. Many times, we overlook these "whispers". But when we listen closely, we begin to move in a way that supports healing and balance.

Sometimes the most powerful part of practice is simply allowing ourselves to slow down. Sweet dreams ahead...
